The first step for every project is a conversation.  give us a call or whatsapp for a free estimate. Let’s talk about your goals, your project, and how we can help.

Proposal

After our free initial estimate, our team of experts will make a full evaluation of the project. We’ll visit you on-site before providing a proposal with our plans and timelines.

Construction

The build begins! We’ll share our pre-construction plan for our work and cleanup. Our goal is to make your renovation minimally disruptive for you and your family.

Your backyard beginning to end

Step-1. Planning

Let’s start with your vision.
We’ll have a conversation about what you want to build.Then our experts will make a design and installation plan.

Step-2. Footings

This is always the first stage of construction unless demolition is required. The footings are what secure your new deck above ground.

Step-3. Substructure

Beams, blocking, bridging and joists are secured together to create a strong foundation for your new deck. We will also run low voltage wiring if you add lighting to your deck.

Step-4. Decking and Skirting

Here is when you can really start to see a difference. Your new composite, cedar, or vinyl decking goes down and the project comes to life. If you choose skirting, we will enclose the bottom of your deck. You can even add storage underneath!

Step-4. Railing and Final Touches

We put safety first, but the railing is installed last. Every deck higher than two feet off the ground requires one. 
We’ll do the final touches and special features, then the deck is yours to enjoy!
